These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Next Level Visions website at nextlevelvisions.com (the "Site") and the video production services offered by Next Level Visions ("NLV," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of it. All content on this Site, including text, design, and copy, is the property of Next Level Visions and may not be reproduced without written permission.
The pricing and service descriptions on this Site are for informational purposes and represent starting points. All production engagements are governed by a separate written project contract signed by both parties. No service engagement is binding until a contract has been executed and a deposit received.
Starting prices listed on this Site reflect base-level scope. Final pricing is determined by project scope as defined in the project contract and may differ from figures shown on this Site.
All projects require a 50% deposit at contract signing to reserve the shoot date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final edited files. Specific payment terms are outlined in the project contract. NLV reserves the right to pause or withhold delivery if payment terms are not met.
All packages include two rounds of revisions as defined in the project contract. A revision round consists of a consolidated list of changes provided in a single document or email. Individual change requests submitted outside of a formal revision round may be treated as additional scope and quoted accordingly.
Delivered edited videos: Upon receipt of final payment, clients receive full usage rights to all delivered edited video files for their intended business use.
Raw footage: Raw (unedited) footage remains the property of Next Level Visions unless raw footage licensing is explicitly included in the project contract or purchased as an add-on.
Portfolio use: NLV reserves the right to use delivered work in its portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to contract signing.
If a client cancels a project after the deposit has been received but before the shoot date, the deposit is non-refundable. If NLV must cancel a project for any reason, the deposit will be refunded in full. Specific cancellation terms are outlined in each project contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NLV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or this Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project at issue.
This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NLV does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any content on this Site regarding results, timelines, or business outcomes represents typical experience and is not a guarantee.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Maryland, unless otherwise agreed in the project contract.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
