Number of Shoot Days

A single-location, single-day shoot is the base. Multiple locations, multiple days, or extended shoot schedules increase the investment proportionally.

Finished Video Length

Longer videos require more edit time, more music licensing, and more revisions. A 30-second ad and a 5-minute brand film are fundamentally different projects.

Crew Size Required

Some projects need one person. Others need a director of photography, gaffer, audio engineer, and production assistant. Crew size matches project scale.

On-Screen Talent

Real customers and employees are included at no additional charge. Professional actors, voiceover talent, or agency-sourced talent are billed separately.

Motion Graphics & Animation

Lower-thirds, title cards, and basic graphics are included. Custom animation, kinetic typography, or animated explainer sequences are scoped separately.

Number of Final Deliverables

One hero video is the base. Packages of cutdowns, format variants, localized versions, or chapter edits are scoped as add-ons with clear pricing.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. All projects require a 50% deposit to hold your shoot date, with the balance due upon delivery of the final edit. Payment plans may be available for larger projects on request.
What if my project scope changes mid-production?
Any scope changes after the contract is signed are quoted and approved in writing before work proceeds. There are no surprise charges, and there is no pressure to expand scope beyond what you agreed to.
How many revisions are included?
All packages include two rounds of revisions. A revision round means a consolidated list of changes, not individual back-and-forth requests. Additional rounds are available at a flat rate disclosed upfront.
Do you travel outside Hagerstown?
Yes. NLV regularly serves Frederick, Gaithersburg, Chambersburg, Martinsburg, and the broader DMV region. Travel outside a 90-minute radius of Hagerstown is quoted separately and included in your project estimate before signing.
Who owns the footage after delivery?
You receive full usage rights to the delivered edited videos. Raw footage ownership and licensing terms are detailed in the project contract. Raw footage licensing is available as an add-on for clients who want access to unedited material.
